2. Data Ownership – The “Yours” Label

Certain parts of our applications may display the label “Yours”. This label explicitly means that:

  • All information you enter under a “Yours” section is stored only on your personal device (iPhone, iPad, etc.).

  • These data entries are not transmitted to Mikson Core or our servers.

  • Such data may be backed up only through your personal systems, such as Apple iCloud backup or your local device backup.

  • We cannot access, read, or recover this information.

  • Full control and responsibility for these data entries remain entirely with you.

This ensures that sensitive logs, notes, or personal information marked as “Yours” stay private and in your possession.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on the specific app or tool, we may collect the following limited categories of information:

  • Information you voluntarily provide (e.g., via contact forms, customer support requests, or feedback emails).

  • Automatically collected technical data, such as:

    • App crash logs (through Apple or third-party crash reporting services).

    • Basic usage statistics (if integrated, always anonymized and aggregated).

  • No sensitive personal data (such as health, biometric, or financial information) is collected unless clearly disclosed and explicitly consented.

If a specific application does not require personal data, then no personal data are collected at all.

  • Data stored locally on your device under the “Yours” label is retained entirely under your control and subject to your personal device or iCloud backup settings.

  • Once no longer needed, these data are securely deleted.

Some apps and tools may use trusted third-party services to ensure smooth operation, such as:

  • Analytics or error reporting tools (if applicable, and always anonymized).

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately.
